Each practitioner at Lily + Horn has chosen to devote their career to supporting patients in an integrative, holistic, science-backed way. We practice a medicine rooted in ancient wisdom that was refined over thousands of years, but we honor the knowledge and power of modern medicine and have studied to understand how to guide patients to the best treatment options for them and help them reach their health and fertility goals as quickly as possible.

Dr. Mary Sabo is a Board Certified and licensed Acupuncturist and founded Lily + Horn in order to create an integrative clinic that supports patients in their health, fertility and pregnancy journeys. She and her team also work onsite at CCRM NY IVF

With over a decade of experience specializing in integrative reproductive care, Dr. Mary Sabo, L.Ac DACM, founded Lily + Horn after working closely with physicians in New York City and seeing the impact the integrative approach had not only on health and fertility outcomes, but in the reduction of their stress levels and improvement in quality of life. The name derives from two ingredients, lily bulb and deer antler horn, both used in Chinese herbal medicine, but also familiar to us in the West. Lily supports the “yin” or feminine energy and antler horn the “yang” or masculine. It represents plant and animal as well as the balancing forces in all of us such as the vulnerable/powerful, light/shadow, stillness/action, cooling/warming.

Lily + Horn embodies Mary’s philosophy of guiding patients through the best that both Eastern and Western medicine have to offer and customizing treatments for each individual’s needs. We frequently collaborate with our patient’s MDs, Reproductive Endocrinologists, and other practitioners creating a holistic support system for our patients. Through this approach, Mary and her team have helped support thousands of conceptions and supported patients holistically throughout their health journeys. Lily + Horn is a brand that doctor’s trust and represents a safe, nurturing place that sets the standard for how fertility patients, and patients in general, navigate their challenges while offering support and customized care along the way.

giving back to our community

Every month a portion of our proceeds go to giving back to our community. We frequently donate to various charities including Postpartum Support International, Planned Parenthood, Black Women’s Health Imperative, and Chick Mission (a charity that provides funding and guidance for women with cancer to freeze their eggs prior to starting chemo or radiation).
